Senior Business Relationship Support SpecialistWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Support Specialist to join the CIB Middle Office team, which supports the Fund Finance line of business within Corporate and Investment Banking Operations. The Senior Business Specialist will support the credit deal team that is responsible for initiation and accuracy of loan documentation tasks for pre-closing/closing tasks by coordinating loan booking and closing activities, partnering to resolve related issues, and ensuring timely delivery to clients. In this role, you will:Provide credit deal team support responsible for proper initiation and accuracy of loan documentation and pre-closing/closing tasks for direct and operating exposureCoordinate loan booking and closing activities to ensure consistent, timely and accurate credit delivery to our clientsDevelop expertise in bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements and ensure adherenceBook all operating exposure onto the applicable systems of recordEvaluate and ensure accurate new and existing data in the systems of recordPartner with managers to resolve issues and provide status updates on implementationsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsVerify compliance and report identified issues for resolutionRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:4+ years of credit underwriting experience and related customer due diligence processes and credit documentsExperience utilizing the nCino systemKnowledge of booking and closing processes and credit systems such as LoanIQ, Saleforce and STARSExperience applying compliance and regulatory requirements, including Reg U, Reg W, Volker, QFC, CRR, FloodAbility to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environmentAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenExcellent attention to detail, problem solving, and decision-making skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skillsJob Expectations:Ability to work a hybrid in-office scheduleWillingness to work on-site at stated locationThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipPosting Location: Charlotte, NCPosting End Date: 6 Nov 2025We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
