Manager, Land Surveying and Mapping


An Employer in the San Diego area is looking for a Surveying/Mapping Manager for an office based position. In this role the employee will plan/execute the processing of mapping/surveying related documents with local agencies. The candidate will need to be strong in subdivision mapping- this includes: final and parcel maps, record of surveys, legal descriptions, ALTAs etc. Receive conventional and GPS field survey data and process, organize, document and export data. The role will be on-site 5 days per week and provides AMAZING benefits


Must-haves

- 3-5+ year experience in surveying/mapping

- Licensed Surveyor (PLS), LS, or LSIT

- Experienced in drafting Plats and Legal Descriptions

- Experience AutoCAD Civil 3D

- Experienced in survey and coordinate geometry related calculations.

- Knowledge and experience in the preparation of Survey related documents including subdivision maps, record of surveys, legal descriptions, condominium plans, ALTA surveys, and topographic surveys.
