Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)We are a SaaS platform that allows HR teams to create, manage and distribute employee-led content. Our platform is primarily built for enterprise clients, such as Boots, Next, Berkeley Group, Civil Service, Knight Frank, FCA & more.This is the first sales hire to join our dynamic team and requires a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR, your core responsibility will be to drive lead generation efforts, with a focus on identifying and engaging enterprise-level clients. You will play a critical role in fueling the sales pipeline through strategic outreach across multiple channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within targeted outreach to enterprise accountsExecute high-volume outbound outreach campaigns using a mix of email, social, phone, and other channelsCollaborate with marketing to convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunitiesBook and coordinate discovery meetings between qualified prospects and CEOMaintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position our solutionsWork closely with the CEO to develop account strategies and improve conversion ratesRequirementsWhat We're Looking For:Proven success & track record delivering significant volume of enterprise leadsStrong communication skills (both written and verbal)Confident, driven, and resilient with a hunter mindsetOrganised with the ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-upsComfortable using sales tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software)Previous experience in a sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role is a plusA genuine interest in business growth, technology, and enterprise marketsBenefitsLocation: RemoteUK Working Hours: 9am - 5pm Mon-FriSalary Range: R25 000 - R30 000 + commission & performance bonusesOngoing training, mentorship, and development opportunitiesA collaborative, fast-paced working environment25 days holiday + bank holidaysCompany events, team socials, and incentives
