At Fast Pace, we consider our community as family. Key Responsibilities: Fulfill the roles of Nurse/Clinical Tech and Patient Care Specialist, adhering to all company policies and procedures. Monitor and manage x-ray orders for timely completion and submission. Assist patients with proper positioning during exams to ensure high-quality diagnostics. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA guidelines. Evaluate and review exam images prior to provider interpretation. Label images accurately and ensure that no artifacts obscure the diagnostic area. Conduct minor maintenance on x-ray equipment and report issues promptly to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleanliness of x-ray equipment and assist in infection control measures. Collect patient vitals and assist with basic clinical tasks when not performing radiological exams. Welcome and assist new employees with the onboarding process. Promote a positive work atmosphere through friendly and effective communication. Experience Requirements: Active ARRT License and State License in good standing. TB and IV Certification must be obtained within 60 days of employment if applicable in your state. Experience levels vary based on certifications and years in patient care, ranging from high school diploma candidates to those with over 7 years of experience. Educational & Licensing Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Licensure as a Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist or Full Scope X-Ray Technologist as per state regulations.
