A reputable and esteemed medical organization, located in Atlantic City, NJ, is looking to immediately hire a full-time Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner-(FNP) with at least 3-5 years of experience, a NJ state license, and a DEA license. The center is offering $120k per year with generous benefits including PTO, medical, health, vision, 401K, and CME.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and chart observations of the patient’s condition at each visit,
- Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs,
- Provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies,
- Keep the patient comfortable through palliative care,
- Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the patient, and
- Coordinate with Physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and other individuals in the patient’s care plan.
Qualifications:
- Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner,
- Active Medical New Jersey license,
- At least 3-5 years of experience,
- DEA license,
- CDS license,
- Effective and compassionate communication skills, and
- Highly professional appearance and attitude.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm
- 5-6 patients/day, 45-60 min/visit
Job Types:

Pay Level:
- $120K per year
Benefits:
- 2 weeks PTO and sick,

- $1000, 3 paid days per year for CME, and
