Inside Sales Representative Job Summary:
They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role is crucial for building relationships with clients, supporting our sales goals, and ensuring smooth coordination within our sales team. Key Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Support outside sales teams with lead generation, account follow-up, and project coordination.

Qualifications for Inside Sales Representative:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related fields; construction industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to connect with clients.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and a passion for driving results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (HubSpot is a plus).
