About the Position

Join Inn-Flow as a Sales Development Representative and play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the hotel industry. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, you will drive new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients within the hospitality sector. This role is critical in promoting our suite of hotel software solutions, which are designed to streamline operations and enhance efficiency for hoteliers. By proactively prospecting and nurturing leads, you will help hotel operators understand how Inn-Flow’s software can solve their unique challenges and improve their bottom line.


What You Will Do

  • Proactive Prospecting: Actively generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, industry associations, marketing campaigns, and LinkedIn to fill the top of the sales funnel.
  • Strategic Account Targeting: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Teams to develop targeted lists of prospective accounts, strategically prospecting new accounts.
  • Lead Qualification and Advancement: Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and qualify inbound leads to transition them from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL), creating sales-ready opportunities.
  • Outbound Engagement: Skillfully convey Inn-Flow’s unique value propositions to the hospitality industry, demonstrating how our software solutions specifically address the challenges faced by hoteliers. Utilize targeted messaging and outreach strategies to engage potential clients, ensuring that our communications are tailored to the unique needs and pain points of hotel financial and labor management.
  • CRM and Reporting: Utilize HubSpot to track leads, manage campaigns, and provide detailed reporting on pipeline development, effectively moving leads through the sales funnel to meet and exceed individual quotas.


What You Need

  • Sales Development Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or related fields, with a strong focus on prospecting, lead generation, and sales funnel management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Lead Management: Strong initiative and adeptness at qualifying leads and generating SQLs, using CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.
