What you will do:

  • Collaborate with other traders, researchers, and developers to create new HFT futures strategies
  • Analyze and optimize existing strategies
  • Work with engineering team to find ways to improve infrastructure
  • Create new opportunities to take advantage of market conditions


What they are looking for:

  • 2+ years working on a futures trading desk (ideally mid-high frequency strategies)
  • B.S.+ in mathematics, statistics, physics, or computer science
  • Strong programming background with Python and/or C++
  • Ability to take ownership over work and launch new initiatives
