Don't miss the opportunity to join Vim and influence the future of healthcare delivery.You will lead Vim's commercial efforts within the EHR vendor ecosystem, building and managing partnerships with leading EHR vendors to accelerate growth, interoperability, and adoption of Vim's platform. This role requires a combination of strategic relationship-building, consultative sales expertise, and market intelligence to position Vim as a foundational infrastructure partner for EHRs.Lead strategic and complex sales discussions with EHR vendors, aligning Vim's value proposition to their long-term product and business goalsDevelop and manage a robust pipeline of EHR partnership opportunities, driving new deals and expanding existing relationshipsNegotiate and execute commercial agreements that enable new integration and distribution pathwaysPartner cross-functionally with Vim's product, partnerships, and executive teams to influence roadmap decisions based on EHR market insightsAct as Vim's subject matter expert on the EHR ecosystemtracking vendor strategies, regulatory trends (e.g., TEFCA, interoperability standards), and workflow innovationsLead product demonstrations and strategic presentations for EHR executive teamsRepresent Vim at key health tech industry events, conferences, and forums to elevate Vim's visibility and credibility in the EHR spaceProvide ongoing feedback to internal teams to refine go-to-market approaches, messaging, and product positioning for EHR audiences.We're seeking a senior, highly networked healthcare sales professional who knows the EHR ecosystem inside and out and can operate at the intersection of business development, partnerships, and strategic sales.7+ years of experience selling or partnering into EHR vendors or healthcare software platforms (Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, athenahealth, NextGen, MEDITECH, eCW, etc.)Proven track record of driving strategic partnerships or complex SaaS sales within the healthcare technology spaceExisting executive-level relationships inside the EHR marketDeep understanding of EHR integration models, APIs, and workflow embedding (FHIR experience a plus)Strong grasp of payer-provider collaboration, value-based care, and interoperability challengesDemonstrated ability to influence product and strategy discussions through market insightExceptional communication skills and executive presence.
