Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead Developer with expertise in UI/UX design and web architecture. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developing and optimizing Salesforce UI/UX, with hands-on experience in crafting intuitive user interfaces and designing scalable web applications. As a Tech Lead, the candidate will take charge of architectural decisions, mentor junior team members, and drive the development of high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of Salesforce UI/UX interfaces, ensuring high-quality user experiences. Architect and implement web-based solutions, utilizing Salesforce and other front-end technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX elements with backend systems. Work closely with stakeholders to define, document, and implement business requirements. Review and guide the development of web applications, ensuring design consistency and performance optimization. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce design trends and Salesforce Lightning best practices. Provide mentorship to junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards. Qualifications & Skills: Strong experience as a UI/UX Engineer, with a focus on Salesforce UI/UX development. Expertise in Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and web architecture. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks. Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning Components. Ability to lead technical discussions and make decisions that impact product architecture. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills."
