ABOUT THE POSITION:

This role is centered around cultivating robust client relationships and selling premium luxury watches and jewelry pieces to a diverse clientele. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be a leader in our retail team. Manage the operations of a boutique or two. We seek a dynamic and passionate individual who excels in a customer-centric environment, possessing excellent communication skills and a knack for sales. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is keen on delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. Key responsibilities include managing the brand(s), being the expert in the brand(s), building and nurturing relationships, servicing accounts, developing sales pipelines, and exceeding sales targets.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Professionalism:

Clienteling:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering personalized service and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
  • Elevate the customer experience through personalized service, product knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail.

Sales Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.
  • Address client queries and concerns with the utmost professionalism.
  • Provide after-sales support and service as needed.
  • Fulfill the duties of a customer service associate, including problem-solving, initiating follow-up with clients to resolve issues, and completing reports.

Learning & Development:

  • Continuously educate oneself on all the jewelry and watch brands represented by the company.

Stay abreast of market trends, news, and industry standards to remain competitive.

  • Must attend brand and sales training sessions as assigned, learn and be proficient in the knowledge of jewelry and watches sold.


Retail & Boutique Operations / Management:

Operations:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and profitable operation.
  • Implement strategies to drive store performance, including sales, service, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and calculate product sales, invoicing, maintaining, and utilizing CRM system (Zoho), processing cash or credit payments, and computing purchases.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Merchandising:

  • Maintain the boutique(s) visual appearance to the brand(s) standards, arrange merchandise to optimize sales, and oversee the stock levels.
  • Plan and execute in-store displays and layouts that reflect the brand’s image and attract customers.
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the store environment.

Brand Ambassador:

  • Act as the face of the brand(s) within the boutique, embodying our values and ethos in all interactions with customers and the community.
  • Attend specific brand training for the brand(s) you represent.
  • Attend sales training sessions and be able to teach other retail associates about the brands as well as those brands you represent.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to develop a high-performing team.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the boutique operations align with the brand’s standards and vision and S.H. Silver Company’s vision.
  • Work with marketing & brand marketing teams to develop and implement marketing and social media strategies that align with our plans.
  • Utilize social media platforms to enhance the boutique's visibility, engage with our audience, and promote our products.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of retail sales and/or hospitality industry experience, with at least one (1) year of store management or supervisory experience.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong Leadership qualities, with experience in managing and motivating a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with customers and team members.
  • High School diploma and/or GED; Associate degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Genuine interest and a knowledge of fine watches and jewelry is preferred.
  • Professional demeanor, punctuality, reliability, and grooming standards are imperative.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time, lift and carry merchandise up to 25 lbs, and move around the store.
  • Ability to think on your feet and solve problems promptly.
  • Basic computer proficiency, checking inventory, and accessing product information.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in social media, with experience in managing business accounts and developing content.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
  • A passion for the brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
