Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of leveraged finance experience, working with clients in debt finance transactions including acquisition financings, asset-based facilities, and debt restructurings.
  • Experience in lender-side transactions in mid-market cases would be a plus.
  • Strong academic credentials; Juris Doctor degree.
