Position Overview:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development Specialist with leadership skills and a hands-on, go-getter approach to join our team in San Diego. This role is crucial as we launch and expand our innovative caregiving solutions in the US market. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales or business development experience, though we are also open to new graduates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and passion for working in a startup environment. Those who excel in this role will find ample opportunities for career growth and rapid leadership progression within the company.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive the growth of Tuktu Care in the US market, starting from San Diego.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

·      Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and a competitive landscape.

·      Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

·      Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

·      Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

·      Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote Tuktu Care's services.


Qualifications:

·      2-3 years of sales or business development experience preferred, but open to new graduates with a strong work ethic and passion for startups.

·      Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to take initiative and lead projects.

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·      Familiarity with the senior care industry or technology-driven solutions is a plus.
