Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager with automotive experience at Bob King Automotive Group in Winston-Salem, NC. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and training the sales team, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets on a daily basis.


Qualifications

  • Dealership experience
  • Sales Management, Automotive Sales, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and meeting sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead, train and actively motivate a sales team effectively
  • Knowledge of automotive financing and industry trends
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant experience
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is a plus
