Preconstruction Manager- Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Safety Reviewer: Ensure that all preconstruction activities adhere to safety standards and regulations. Conduct thorough safety reviews and implement best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Scheduler: Develop and manage detailed preconstruction schedules. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timelines are realistic and achievable, and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate project changes.
  • Estimator: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for a variety of commercial projects. Analyze project requirements, perform quantity take-offs, and collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
  • Team Builder: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Lead and mentor preconstruction team members, ensuring effective communication and teamwork throughout the preconstruction phase.


Preconstruction Manager- Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Preconstruction Manager role, preferably within the commercial construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations in construction.
  • Expertise in project scheduling and the ability to develop and manage comprehensive preconstruction schedules.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
