Key Responsibilities:

  • Electronic Warfare Analysis:
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify and resolve unique operational challenges in electronic warfare.
  • Design and develop advanced EW systems and components using innovative engineering techniques.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies in electronic warfare for potential applications.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Apply critical and creative thinking to devise effective solutions to complex engineering problems.
  • Utilize advanced mathematical and engineering methodologies to model, simulate, and validate EW concepts and systems.
  • Research and Development:
  • Lead research initiatives to explore new methodologies and technologies in electronic warfare.
  • Contribute to the development of groundbreaking systems that push the boundaries of current EW capabilities.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee technical projects, ensuring innovative and efficient execution of objectives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate EW systems into broader defense frameworks.
  • Technical Leadership:
  • Act as a subject matter expert in electronic warfare, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Foster an environment of knowledge-sharing and professional growth within the team.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all research and development activities.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years in electrical engineering, with a focus on electronic warfare analysis and engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in simulation and modeling tools; strong understanding of current EW technologies.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Proven track record of tackling complex engineering challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and teamwork abilities.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant fields.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in defense systems integration.
