Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Drive technical projects from requirements through launch, including managing complex project schedules, removing roadblocks, and keeping processes running smoothly.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and implement features, infrastructure, processes, and workflows.
  • Create and operationalize processes to transform the effectiveness of the organization with respect to meeting business goals.
  • Align key stakeholders and manage projects through milestones to completion on schedule and within budget.
  • Communicate and present program plans and status with management.
  • Monitor and measure engineering impact and performance results by tracking key performance indicator


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • Experience with hardware, firmware & software (system & application stack) interfaces across all modules in a system.
  • Experience managing the logistics and processes for a number of critical forums within the Hardware Systems and Infrastructure organization.


Preferred:

  • 2+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
  • Knowledge of high-volume server design and manufacturing is desired.
  • Knowledge about data centers & operation at scale.
