Sr. Technical Project Manager

Sr. Project ManagerAn enterprise retail company is looking to bring on a Sr. Project Manager to help support their critical Product Data Hub Program. As the Sr. Project Manager, you will be supplementing the workload of the Program Manager managing this program. Daily responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Managing product data integrations and integration testingMonitor project milestones and deliverables, proactively identifying and escalating risks, or delays to Program Managers.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by organizing meetings and working sessions with internal teams and external vendors.Track and reconcile project budgets, process invoices, and support financial reporting in collaboration with finance and procurement teams.Coordinate the onboarding of project team members, including assigning roles, managing access permissions, and ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.Creation and maintenance of project dashboards, status reports, and executive-level summaries to support effective stakeholder communication.Serve as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries, helping to streamline communication and reduce operational bottlenecks.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy.Skills and Requirements:5+ years' experience as a Sr. Technical Project Manager, specifically working within a fast-paced dynamic environment with high degrees of ambiguity to deliver large and complex data integration projects.Experience with Microsoft Project (highly preferred), or equivalent Project Management software.Experience owning all aspects of project management, including but not limited to project finances, stakeholder management, driving timelines, executive presence, and risk analysis.Superior communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to diverse audiences and all levels of the organization. Ability to bridge communication gaps between technology and business users. Ability to foster open team communication.Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience managing Master Data Management (MDM) projects.
