Position Overview: The ETF Sales Associate will concentrate on driving growth and engagement for the REX income-producing ETF lineup by cultivating relationships with clients. The primary focus will be on broadening our network of financial advisors and institutional allocators.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the growth and retention of assets within our ETF suite, leveraging industry expertise to expand our client base.
  • Initiate and drive business opportunities through targeted outreach to financial advisors, utilizing a deep understanding of the financial advisory landscape.
  • Develop and nurture pivotal relationships with wealth management clients, effectively advocating for REX ETF lineup.
  • Maintain rigorous activity tracking in CRM, collaborating on strategic sales initiatives and contributing to project planning.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for REX at industry events, showcasing our leadership in ETF innovation.
  • Complete necessary administrative tasks, including weekly activity reporting, in addition to assuming related responsibilities as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years in financial services sales preferred, with a proven track record of success and deep industry acumen.
  • Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), FINRA series 7, and 63 licenses, or commitment to obtain swiftly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with ETF products, underscored by a history of effective product positioning and sales growth.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, paired with a history of meaningful client interactions and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with a strategic mindset, underscored by a high degree of self-motivation, ethics, and collaborative spirit.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM systems to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
