We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial roofing projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and internal staff, to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client specifications.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing project management or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Certifications: OSHA certification, or relevant industry certifications are a plus.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work on-site, including roof access, and perform physical tasks as needed.
