Revenue Operations DirectorAs a Revenue Operations Director within Nasdaq's Revenue Intelligence & Insights (RII) team, you will work directly with revenue leaders and cross-functional partners such as Legal, Marketing, Sales Support and Finance to support all aspects of the sales cycle. You'll use industry-leading tools and data assets to help teams deliver on customer needs and drive performance.Some areas of focus will include leading and expanding our Sales Compensation modeling and execution, our sales structure and planning, as well as owning and scaling our various process management functions. Monitor and review progress with the Sales team, tracking various sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities. Work with business leaders, manage a team within revenue operations and be the gatekeeper for revenue operations across various Nasdaq departments. Work with cross functional teams to support the sales cycle, increasing accuracy by addressing where data and process improvement can be achieved.You'll thrive in this position if you're a data-driven leader, have a global mindset, and bring a passion for Revenue Operations to a fast-paced, high-impact environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and scale sales compensation modeling and executionDrive sales structure and planningOwn and evolve sales process managementEnsure CRM accuracy (Salesforce.com)Deliver complex reporting and insights using tools like Power BI, Excel, and SalesforceBuild and refine functional areas within revenue operationsSupport planning, forecasting, and reporting processesBuild sales and sales support team analysis and insights packs that drive action and changeLead technology projects that are adopted by sales and sales support to improve performance across key business dimensionsAct as a liaison across Nasdaq departmentsRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent practical experience.5-10+ years of experience in business operations or sales operations/support, with strategic project leadership experience.At least 5 years managing a team of direct reports.Strong analytical and communication skills.Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.Experience leading projects and influencing key decision-makers across Revenue Operations, Sales, Sales Support, and the broader business.Experience in cross-functional collaborationFinancial services experience is a plus, but not requiredPersonal AttributesHigh ownership and accountabilityStrong relationship-building and communication skillsCreative problem-solver with a growth mindsetTeam-oriented, adaptable, and committed to excellenceUncompromising integrityThis position will be located in Atlanta and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.Nasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
