New York, United States Healthcare Research Worldwide (HRW) Full time
Wanted - graduates with a passion for healthcare.

Do you take pride in making a difference? Do you want to be part of a global market research team delivering scientifically-grounded, powerful insights to pharmaceutical and healthcare clients? Do you want your progression, growth and reward to be a priority?

How about joining a dynamic, award-winning and passionate team of research experts?

At HRW, we are market research practitioners in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and device and diagnostics space, with a wealth of experience in a wide range of therapy areas, ranging from asthma to zoster and everything in between. We are a recognised thought leader in this industry and love to present, publish and discuss the latest innovative developments to help us ‘access reality'- our continuous quest to get beneath the surface and truly understand people's behaviour and the decisions they make at a deeper level.

Founded in 2001, we have 3 client service hubs in Wallingford (near Oxford - UK), London (UK) and New York (USA). Whichever office you choose, you will find a friendly, chatty and welcoming bunch of people - all on a mission to make sure that working life is time both well spent and enjoyed. We encourage inter-location working, visitations and secondments to further strengthen our team and to keep learning from each other.

We recognise the contribution of team members of all levels and will ensure you have exposure to a wide range of research situations, clients and directors, accompanied by the right training to support your progression. On joining, you will have a structured induction programme and training plan, which you will review with your line manager on a regular basis.

As a Trainee Research Executive, you will be involved in all stages of the project cycle from research design, questionnaire and discussion guide creation, planning fieldwork and associated logistics, analysing and interpreting final data to crafting impactful client presentations. The opportunity for travel is also contained within the role - whether that be to our different offices, to view fieldwork globally or to attend client meetings. You will be fully supported as your experience grows in the role and promotions are wholly merit-based.

No Visa Sponsorship is offered with this position

Please note that year 1 starting salary for trainees will be $60k

Requirements

We are looking for graduates who are passionate about their interests and their strengths, have a deep and genuine interest in healthcare, care about the work they do and the people they work with and who want to play an active part in HRW's progression. If you are also:

  • Inquisitive, curious and analytical
  • Thoughtful and flexible
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent at collaboration and team working
  • A great communicator
  • Highly attentive to detail
