Large scale being defined as a minimum of 120 sites. 8 Quality Assurance and Quality Control Services 10 System and Component Testing and Acceptance Services 10 Experience with Motorola digital trunked twoway radio systems 6 Experience in the deployment and testing of a statewide five master site P25 public safety network 8 Experience in the deployment and testing of a statewide P25 700 MHz narrowband FDMA integrated voice and data (IV&D) network 8 Experience in the testing of APCO25 Phase 2 LMR systems 8 Experience in the field testing of site facilities including but not limited to alarms generators UPS 8 Experience in the testing digital microwave systems 8 Experience in the deployment and testing of P25 network employing OTAR and OTAP 5 Experience in the upgrade and testing of a statewide P25 700 MHz FDMA network to a P25 phase 2 TDMA network 5 TBN Engineering Services 6 Governance of statewide or enterprise wide wireless initiatives 6 Site Engineering Services 6 **REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE** **# YEARS** Verifiable proven methodology for managing project documentation to include identification filing and archival of project documents 7 Change management services to include accurate tracking and measuring project variances 7 Experience in the design licensing deployment and testing of Sonet and MPLS Aviat AlcatelLucent and Cielo microwave networks 6 Experience in the design licensing deployment and testing of Sonet and MPLS based microwave backhaul networks consisting of 100 hops or greater 6 Experience in the analyses and corrective action(s) necessary to resolve microwave path performance issues 8 Experience in the conversion while hot (in operation) of TDMA microwave network to MPLS in networks consisting of more than 100 sites 5 Experience with Statewide 700 MHz P25 digital trunked twoway radio systems 5 Experience with Motorola TDMA digital trunked twoway radio systems 5 Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Visio and Project 5 Ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing No Min.
