Staffmark is excited to offer a Quality Control Associate position at a leading food manufacturing company in Indianapolis, IN. If you‘re committed to ensuring high-quality standards and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect ingredients and finished products to ensure they meet required quality standards.
  • Ensure all items in meal kit boxes are properly packed and meet specifications.
  • Work in a refrigerated warehouse environment (38F at all times).
  • Read and understand instructions and quality control guidelines in English.
Qualifications:
  • Must have previous quality control or food manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment and perform routine inspections.
  • Comfortable with lifting up to 30 lbs regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety and quality protocols.
