Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the sales leadership team, providing guidance, support, and suggesting training to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends, conducting market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to enhance existing products and introduce new railing solutions based on market demand and customer feedback.
  • Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives, to effectively promote our products and brand.

  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, preparing regular reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and expand our network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, operations, and finance, to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals.



Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the building products industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
