We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Analyst to join our team in Oak Brook, IL. Senior Tax Analyst Responsibilities: Prepare and file state tax returns across all 50 states Manage sales and use tax filings and ensure compliance with regulations Assist with month-end and year-end tax provision work Support audit preparation by gathering documentation and responding to inquiries Handle federal and state tax extension calculations and filings Stay updated on tax laws and regulatory changes impacting the business Work closely with internal finance teams and external auditors as needed Senior Tax Analyst Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field 4+ years of experience in tax preparation and compliance Strong knowledge of state and federal tax regulations Experience with tax software and ERP systems Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines If you are a detail-driven tax professional with a passion for compliance and efficiency, we'd love to hear from you Apply today.
