The Senior Compensation Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the firm's compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with the firm's business objectives and drive performance excellence.
  • Design and administer competitive base salary, incentive, and equity programs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the firm's compensation packages remain competitive within the industry.
  • Partner with HR and senior leadership to develop and communicate compensation policies and guidelines.
  • Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary planning, bonus allocation, and equity grants.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and HR Business Partners on compensation-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation practices.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CECP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation management within the financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.




This role pays from $140,000 to $200,000 Base
