Our client, a boutique financial services firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compensation Manager to join our team. The Senior Compensation Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the firm's compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with the firm's business objectives and drive performance excellence.
- Design and administer competitive base salary, incentive, and equity programs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the firm's compensation packages remain competitive within the industry.
- Partner with HR and senior leadership to develop and communicate compensation policies and guidelines.
- Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary planning, bonus allocation, and equity grants.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and HR Business Partners on compensation-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CECP) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation management within the financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role pays from $140,000 to $200,000 Base
