Traveling Superintendent - HealthcareManage and supervise all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects. Review and interpret project blueprints, specifications, and contracts. Monitor project schedules and budgets, implementing corrective actions when necessary. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure progress aligns with project plans. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns. Resolve any on-site issues to minimize project delays or disruptions.A successful Traveling Superintendent - Healthcare should have: proven experience managing healthcare construction projects, strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes, exceptional leadership and communication skills for managing diverse teams, ability to travel extensively to various project sites, proficiency in project management software and tools, a results-driven approach with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.Competitive annual salary ranging from USD $120,000 to $140,000.
