Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Manager of Education & Compliance, to lead our nursing team in the creation of eLearning courses tailored for employees in the post-acute care industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong post-acute nursing background, advanced educational qualifications, and a passion for developing high-quality educational content. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nurse educators in developing content for eLearning courses relevant to the post-acute/long-term care industry.
  • Perform regular evaluations of supervised employees and monitor ongoing skills, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to promote excellence among all nursing team members.
  • Oversee the development of a quarterly course roadmap for both clinicians and professional caregivers, ensuring that all educational content meets the needs of post-acute/long-term care employees.
  • Support the development of nurse-author content that is accurate, timely, relevant, and in alignment with adult learning principles and industry standards and regulations.
  • Serve as the company's ANCC Accredited Provider Program Director (APPD), ensuring compliance with ANCC policies and best practices.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of eLearning courses through feedback and performance metrics, suggesting improvements as necessary.
  • Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of educational content.
  • Stay informed about current trends and advancements in adult education and the post-acute care industry.
  • Serve as a thought leader for the post-acute/long-term care industry by writing blogs, participating in webinars, and supporting the industry-related learning needs of all HCP employees.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.


Required Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with an active, unencumbered license.  
  • Baccalaureate or graduate degree in nursing.  
  • Master’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare field 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in home-based care and/or senior living, with at least 2 years in an educational or training role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of the post-acute care industry (especially home care, home health, hospice, assisted living, and skilled nursing communities) and the educational needs of its employees.
  • Experience with the ANCC Accreditation process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in writing and/or reviewing online course content.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
