Sr. Manager, FP&ADriven Brands, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is the largest automotive services company in North America, providing a range of consumer and commercial automotive services, including paint, collision, glass, vehicle repair, oil change, maintenance, and car wash. Driven Brands has approximately 4,800 locations across the United States and 13 other countries, and services tens of millions of vehicles annually.Position Summary:The Sr. Manager, FP&A monitors and measures performance, forecasts, plans and provides business analysis with a heavy focus on driving profitability. This individual is responsible for improving our current capability/modeling as well as working across a matrix organization to measure impact of key organizational initiatives. The Sr. Manager will need to be agile and willing to create the new and different.Responsibilities:Performs economic research and studies of rates of return, depreciation and investmentsAnalyzes profit-and-loss income statements and prepares reports and recommendations to management.Generates forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance and other areas of business.Researches economic progressions to assist the organization's financial planning.Creates financial models of "what if" scenarios for future business planning decisions in areas such as new product development, new marketing strategies, etc.There are currently no direct reports, management is of a strategic nature and must include significant organizational reach.Establishes operational objectives and work plans. Senior management reviews objectives to determine success of operation.Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations(s) and may also have company-wide effect.Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.Establishes annual goals, work and outcomes to meet those goals, usually measuring progress and making course corrections on a monthly to quarterly basis.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or Economics (or related field of study) required5-7 years of FP&A experience or related Finance/Accounting discipline, preferably with a public companyAdvanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required and experience with ERM/ERP systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, Planful, OneStream, etc.) is preferredHigh degree of curiosity and creative problem solving is requiredSelf-starter with proven abilities to effectively engage and influence senior executives and cross-functional partner organizationsMBA and/or CPA preferredPosition Location:North CarolinaCompensation Range:$93,900.00 - $167,800.00Compensation Frequency:AnnualBase pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
