REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS


• Knowledge in troubleshooting Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS devices.

• Knowledge of troubleshooting switches, access points, and network configurations.

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience supporting Window, MAC, iOS, Android.

• Minimum 3 – 5 years working with end users and support.

• Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience managing Microsoft Office 365 admin dashboards.

• Understanding of Cybersecurity fundamental concepts and their application.
