Responsibilities:

Tenant Relations:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease negotiations.
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants to ensure high levels of satisfaction and tenant retention.
  • Address tenant issues promptly and effectively, striving to maintain a harmonious leasing environment.

Property Maintenance:

  • Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure the shopping center is well-maintained, clean, and safe for tenants and visitors.
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce repair costs.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner.

Lease Administration:

  • Coordinate events and activities to enhance the shopping experience and create a vibrant community atmosphere.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels and social media platforms to increase the visibility of the shopping center.

Risk Management and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing commercial properties.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate liability and protect the interests of the property owner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in commercial property management, preferably with a focus on shopping centers or retail properties.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
