Competitive Compensation$17.00 to $21.50 Per Hour - Based on licensure and experience
Additional shift differentials available for evening and weekend shifts
Responsibilities- Provide assistance with daily hygiene activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Help residents with positioning, turning, and transportation
- Respond to resident calls in a timely manner
- Observe, report, and respond to changes in resident conditions
- Document care in resident's electronic medical record
- Attend required in-services and educational events
- Assist residents with daily meals
- Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing
- Strong documentation skills; experience with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
- Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
- A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
- Patience, understanding, and compassion for those requiring our care
