This role combines operations, customer service, and poolside team support with the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership position as our business expands.Compensation & Benefits (dependent on franchise owner):Competitive pay based on experience + opportunities for bonusesPaid training (we teach you everything you need)Birthday off with payPossible PTO for eligible team membersOpportunity to grow into a full-time role as the business expandsWhat You'll Do:You'll be the heart of the operation keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while making sure our customers and staff feel welcomed, supported, and energized.Operations & Administration:Assist with scheduling classes and managing instructor rostersSupport payroll and basic bookkeeping tasksManage inventory and monitor equipmentHelp coordinate pool partner logisticsCustomer Experience & Deck Ambassador Duties:Welcome families to the pool and create a fun, friendly atmosphereCheck water chemistry and deck safety before lessonsAnswer customer questions about accounts, class progress, and programsAssist instructors and managers during lessons as neededCapture and post photos/videos for social media to showcase our communityKeep morale high for both staff and customers with a positive, energetic attitudeManage customer service phone calls and emailsWhat We're Looking For:Minimum Qualifications:Excellent communication and organizational skillsFriendly, enthusiastic personality with a professional demeanorComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, energetic environmentWillingness to learn pool safety and program requirementsPreferred Qualifications:3+ years of customer service experience (required for full consideration)Experience working with children or in a recreational/fitness environmentCPR/First Aid/Lifeguard certification (can be obtained during training)Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or scheduling softwareAbout Us:British Swim School is more than a swim school we're a survival-first, confidence-building program dedicated to reducing drowning incidents and helping students of all ages thrive in the water.
