We have created a compelling mix for our sophisticated clientele of foodies, and active cultural patrons-bringing the wine country experience to the middle of a large city.Position Summary City Winery is excited to launch a new concession stand concept featuring to go wine, ice cream and a variety of unique, elevated treats. We're seeking enthusiastic, guest-focused Concession Stand Attendants to help bring this experience to life. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service, preparing and serving food and beverage items, and maintaining a clean and organized concession area.Overview of Responsibilities •Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable information about menu offerings, including wine ice cream and specialty items •Operate POS system efficiently and accurately; handle cash and card transactions •Prepare and serve items in accordance with portion and quality standards •Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for food prep and service areas •Restock inventory and supplies throughout the shift •Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations •Support the team in opening, closing, and cleaning duties •Provide a warm and welcoming guest experience consistent with City Winery standardsMinimum Qualifications•Previous experience in concessions, quick service, or hospitality preferred •Strong communication and guest service skills •Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment •Must be 18+; 21+ preferred for alcohol handling •Food Handlers Certificate and/or Alcohol Server Certification a plus •Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededAbout Us Wine, food, and live entertainment collide at City Winery to create a dynamic and incredibly unique workplace.
