We help organizations by connecting the front line to the bottom line.We are looking for a Senior Implementation Coach who can facilitate team discussions and provide guidance, coaching and support to all organizational levels. We are seeking proactive and hands-on candidates who can demonstrate initiative and thrive in working with people to enhance performance.Become part of our collaborative team and experience a safe, diverse, and inclusive workplace with continuous learning and career growth opportunities.As a Senior Implementation Coach, you will:Provide management consulting services to our clients around the world to help them produce measurable bottom-line results, to orchestrate a lasting performance-based management style founded on strategic focus, strong accountability, consistent feedback and effective response to behavior, and to instill a culture of continual improvement in the client organization.Co-implement with the client a management style based on strong accountability, consistent involvement of employees, and effective feedback (positive and corrective) to produce measurable bottom-line results.Orchestrate a performance measurement system within the client's organization.Coach all levels of managers and supervisors through one-on-one meetings, facilitating groups/teams and formal training sessions.Direct research to obtain data and provide analysis and appropriate solutions.Direct written reports containing findings and recommendations.Attend weekly management and group meetings.Facilitate team meetings or training.Develop action plans for improvement with groups or individuals.Follow up on action plans with individuals.Coach managers through behavior changes necessary for performance improvement.Perform data analysis to improve decision-making.Work at various worksites throughout the U.S.Travel up to 90% to client worksites throughout the U.S. required.To qualify for this role, you must have:A Bachelor's degree in any field.Seven (7) years of experience as a Performance Coach or Management Consultant.The seven (7) years of experience with a Bachelor's degree must include experience with data analytics skills, including MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), competence in one-on-one coaching, facilitation, computer project management, financial knowledge, and problem-solving skills. Working on Upstream (the exploration and initial production stages of the oil and gas industry) and Operations projects. Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt Certification.Alternatively, without a Bachelor's degree, must have eleven (11) years of experience as a Performance Coach or Management Consultant. The eleven (11) years of experience without a degree must include experience with data analytics skills, including MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), competence in one-on-one coaching, facilitation, computer project management, financial knowledge, and problem-solving skills. Of the eleven (11) years, at least eight (8) years must have been working on Upstream (the exploration and initial production stages of the oil and gas industry) and Operations projects.
