Our team is further strengthened by a dedicated elder law and special needs division. We are seeking a mid-level paralegal passionate about trusts, estates, elder law, and special needs care.


Position Highlights:

  • Experience Required: 2-5 years in a similar role.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Estate and trust administration, including interaction with Surrogate’s Courts and associated professionals.
  • Preparation and submission of federal and state death tax returns, fiduciary accountings, and income tax returns.
  • Comprehensive elder and special needs benefit planning, including Medicaid applications and coordination with County Boards of Social Services case managers.

  • Exceptional project management and organizational prowess.
  • Proven track record of managing case files, adhering to deadlines, maintaining calendars, and document organization.
