Outside Contents Evaluator AssistantTo complete the physical onsite inventory process including: driving to and from the loss location, physical inventory of contents, and uploading data from field work to server.Assists in completing the physical onsite inventory of total loss contents items under the direction of Outside Contents Evaluator Associate.Tracks time and logs file notes for all of that day's field activity.Oversees all necessary maintenance of crew vehicles, including: gas, oil changes, tire rotations, and any other necessary repairs.Maintains daily care and maintenance of all equipment.Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.Performs other duties as assigned.Supports the organization's quality program(s).Travels as required.High school diploma or GED required.One (1) year customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.Oral and written communication skillsPC literate, including Microsoft Office productsGood comprehensive decision making skillsAbility to read and comprehend policy languageAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to meet or exceed Performance CompetenciesWhen applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations.Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.Ability to kneel, squat and/or bend.Ability to work outdoors in hot and/or cold weather conditions.Ability to climb, crawl, stoop, kneel, and/or reach overheadAbility to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 poundsAbility to drive up to 8 hours per day and/or ride for an extended period.Must have continual use of manual dexterity.Hearing, vision and talkingCredit security clearance, confirmed via a background credit check, is required for this position.Sedgwick is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace.If you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, consider applying for it anyway Sedgwick is building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace and recognizes that each person possesses a unique combination of skills, knowledge, and experience.
