An HVAC contracting company is looking for a Service Parts Estimator to join their team in the Raleigh, NC area


The Service Parts Estimator will work with parts vendors on sourcing parts, sending quotes to our customers and ordering parts once the quotes are approved. They will also be responsible for tracking parts; parts returns and warranty filing for the service department


Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with warehouse team to track parts from deliveries and verify purchase orders
  • Mark-up parts appropriately to quote customer work
  • Work with vendors on any incorrect or unneeded parts returns
  • Establish and maintain vendor relationships to source and quote new parts
  • Work in MS office


Job Requirements:

  • 4 + years of experience quoting commercial service work or as a technician in the field required
  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative support role required
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office & other computer software programs
  • Must be detail-oriented, self-starter who works individually and in a collaborative team environment.
