The Funding Manager is responsible for preparing and processing documentation for debt placement, vendor finance, and equity deals, while supporting lenders and internal partners. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions and update records accurately, even in the manager's absence. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial calculations. The Funding Manager will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations and successful project completion.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs:Process and provide all documentation required for Lenders to complete Debt PlacementStrong understanding of Non-recourseAbility to process UCC assignments for Lenders and SummitTrack UCC filings and provide information to LendersAbility to prepare Funding Documents, Sale Documents and provide to AccountingProcess all documentation required for Vendor Finance PoolsProvide excellent customer service to all internal and external partnersAbility to update spreadsheets when manager is unavailableAbility to review and close Equity dealsAbility to prioritize individual workloadComplete special projects as required by the Management TeamQualifications:0-1 years of leasing, mortgage industry, or commercial loan experienceExcellent organizational, verbal and written communication skillsDetail orientedStrong Customer-service skillsTeam player who can also work independentlyThe ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneouslyGood working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe PDFUnderstanding of financial calculationsBenefits: We have relevant, thoughtful benefits and programs that support every aspect of our associates' holistic wellbeing.
