Focus:

  • Must excel in serving as the primary point of contact (POC) for customer accounts, offering proactive, supportive, and energetic customer service and relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the capability to develop innovative business strategies based on market trends and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to diagnose issues and present clear, actionable solutions to a diverse range of stakeholders.
