Mission Command

Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for a Mission Command (MC) Capability Development Integration Directorate (CDID) - Alternate Program Manager (C).

Background:

The analytical support requirements outlined in this contract are a result of the designation of Mission Command (MC) Capability Development Integration Directorate (CDID) as the CDID responsible for supporting both the Combined Arms Center (CAC) in its EAB responsibilities and the Mission Command Center of Excellence (MC CoE) in its C2 and EAB HQ responsibilities. Assessments can be assigned by a variety headquarters such as Department of the Army (DA), Army Futures Command (AFC), Futures and Concepts Center (FCC), and the Combined Arms Center (CAC) IAW FCC approved studies and tasks as outlined in the Current FCC Integrated Plan (IP).

Requirements and Qualifications:

The Alternate Program Manager will have experience as a capability developer within the Command and Control (C2) Warfighting Function (WfF). They will have Army Intermediate Level Education (ILE), other service equivalent, or equivalent experience. Acceptable equivalent experience is having served as a member of the planning staff at a division, corps, or Army Service Component Command (ASCC) HQ. Preferred experience includes with Division, Corps, and/or ASCC Headquarters staff experience. An active SECRET security clearance is required.

Support Hours: The contractor is responsible for conducting business while the facility is open, between the hours of 0800-1630 Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.

Place of Performance: The place of performance is Fort Leavenworth, KS

Travel: The Contractor will be authorized travel expenses consistent with the substantive provisions of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and the limitation of funds specified in this contract.
