Lead the implementation of the curriculum across Years 7-12, as determined by the Victorian Curriculum and VCAA. Coach and mentor Heads of Learning to lead their teams. Improve processes, learning programs and initiatives using evidence-based research. Use student data to improve decision-making, planning and teaching. Conduct ongoing reviews of the scope and sequence of Years 7- 10 curriculum. Evaluate assessment and reporting practices and policies. Chair the Teaching and Learning Team meetings. Coordinate work practices and semester reporting. Coordinate the subject selection process for Years 9, 10 and 11. Implement quality control processes for the Years 10 and 11 examinations. Actively contribute to the schools professional development program-
