What You‘ll Do
As our Coordinator, Associate Experience and Facilities Management, you are responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming environment for all Lovesac Associates and guests, while championing our company culture of inclusivity, collaboration and positivity. In this fast-paced, evolving environment, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of administrative functions for the Company and the People Team. You will provide stellar customer service to all team members, both onsite and remote. Your strong skill set in MS Office coupled with your ability to prioritize emails, phone calls and other administrative tasks is a must for success in this role. You will report to the People Director, Associate Relations, Policy and Compliance and have the opportunity to support business leaders at all levels. This position is onsite 5 days per week, and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford, CT. Candidates must fully reside in the United States at all times during employment and should have the ability to travel as needed.
- Serve as a Lovesac culture ambassador by creating an inviting and inclusive workplace environment for all our Associates and guests
- Create a best-in-class onsite office experience that offers flawless administrative support to all Associates while ensuring all the operational needs for our Corporate HUB are met in a timely and professional manner
- Actively partner with internal and external providers to facilitate delivery of shipments and ensure shipments and packages are flowing smoothly in and out of the HUB office
- Support with the coordination and execution of Lovesac HUB and Associate events: Quarterly Connection Weeks, Annual off-site conference, HUB Trainings, Annual Kick Off, HUB Meetings and travel arrangements etc.
- Manage relationships with various vendors and building management, ensuring all office operations run smoothly
- Oversee the ordering and invoicing process for office supplies, vendors, etc.
- Serve on our Lovesac Gives Back Community Giving Committee. Attend meetings and track donation requests.
- Perform any other reasonable duties for this role as requested by management.
Who You Are
- Must be able to be in our Stamford HUB office Monday through Friday
- Minimum of 3 years‘ prior experience in an Administrative or Office Management position
- Extraordinary customer service and growth mindset, with the ability to thrive in an ever-evolving environment
- Experience planning and supporting company wide events and meetings including managing travel arrangements, vendor relationships and other related event tasks
- Ability to exercise sound judgement, integrity and professionalism with every interaction.
- Appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Passion for building and maintaining community within the office space
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
