- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Upsell additional services when appropriate
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs

- Proficient computer skills for managing service orders and customer information
