The Plant Engineer will collaborate closely with the Plant Manager to ensure the plant's operations are compliant with safety regulations, maintain high-quality standards, and optimize costs. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Construction Management and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Plant Manager to develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and cost optimization goals.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of plant facilities and equipment to identify potential safety hazards, quality issues, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to safety procedures, quality control protocols, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Analyze plant operations and processes to identify areas for improvement in safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and address issues related to safety, quality, and cost.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for plant projects, including equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, and cost to evaluate plant performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to plant engineering, safety, and quality management.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
  • Previous experience or internship as a plant engineer, industrial engineer, or manufacturing engineer.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and identify actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and cost optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices related to safety, quality, and cost management in a manufacturing environment.
