As a fast-growing B2B industrial manufacturing company, we are looking to expand our newly formed Demand Generation team to include a PPC Marketing Specialist. Our focus is driving qualified leads, increasing brand awareness, and creating a strong pipeline to support marketing plans and fuel sales efforts. As part of this dynamic and collaborative team, you‘ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by optimizing and managing our paid search and digital advertising efforts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports the marketing plan development by executing the ideal mix of paid demand generation activitieson all digital platformsto achieve the product marketing and operating company goals
  • Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Linkedin, etc) to meet product marketing and company goals as they relate to lead generation and revenue KPIs
  • Oversee additional PPC efforts in partnership with external agencies
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing data and providing insights to optimize performance, reduce cost per lead, and maximize ROI
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy testing to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Manage and maintain detailed reporting on campaign performance through Looker Studio custom reports
  • Collaborate with the SEO marketing specialist and broader marketing team to align paid efforts with organic search initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new platforms, and algorithm changes to ensure we stay competitive
  • Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies to determine which tactics perform best to continuously improve performance
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum use of available resources without exceeding limits
  • Provide input on creative assets and landing pages to improve ad relevance and user experience
  • Communicate campaign performance and insights to the demand generation manager and stakeholders regularly
  • Monitors demand generation key performance indicators (e.g., ROI, CTR, return on ad spend, conversions, total leads) and supports problem solving work to continuously improve impact working with operating companies, customer engagement team, distribution team, business development team and external agencies
  • Creates targeted, automated, personalized and customer experience focused campaigns to strengthen lead funnel progression and conversion
  • Executes content/educational campaigns to support the strategic plan direction and create pull for Rite-Hite solutions
  • Supports the design and execution of an omnichannel marketing plan to connect and integrate campaigns across multiple channels to deliver a seamless customer experience no matter where customers engage with Rite-Hite

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business or similar required.
  • 5+ years related experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in a B2B or industrial manufacturing environment
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and remarketing techniques
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or other analytics platforms
  • Salesforce, Pardot (Account Engagement) or equivalent
  • E-commerce
  • B2B product marketing experience across the complete lifecycle preferred

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize based on insights
  • Ability to work and communicate with colleagues across teams and supporting functions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated experience developing, measuring and enhancing demand generation programs from top of funnel to bottom as part of marketing plans
  • Must be able to plan, organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Up to 10% travel may be required
