Responsibilities:

Attend Court hearings, mediations, arbitrations

Prepare for & take/defend depositions

Negotiate and settle disputes with insurance companies.

. Review discovery prepared by paralegals.

Review meet and confer correspondence prepared by paralegals

Perform legal research, draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other litigation documents as necessary.

Review/authorize oppositions motions/demurrers prepared by paralegals

Qualifications:

Licensed with California State Bar - At least. 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation

Pay to commensurate with experience
