This practice has 46 operatories is fully digital has an inhouse dental lab (the best lab in the state) a CBCT a Rayscan latest version of iTero and intraoral cameras. The practice is PPO/FFS ONLY and they have 12 full time and 3 part time Hygienists and all Hygiene is assisted. The compensation package includes a daily rate and a percentage of production or collections (theyre collecting over 99%) and a full benefits package that includes a 401K with 4% match 100% of health insurance paid dental vision paid malpractice and paid time off. This is one of the best opportunities to get into a practice with 18 other dentists and really make it your own This large practice has a lot of fun too they throw big parties and most of the team is psyched to participate in local community events or charity work.
