Sales Executive Retail

This Position will report to the Area Sales Manager Decorative Retail. Responsibilities:
- Introduce promote and sell Decorative products to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular dealers visits to maintain good relationship and obtain market information.
- Promote decorative products by coordinating marketing activities and campaigns to achieve sales budget.
- Expand and strengthen distribution network through structured follow up and retail market mapping process to ensure good performance of the existing dealers and plan well for the new openings.
- Have a strong followup on collection as per assigned targets to ensure that company working capital conditions remain healthy.
- Liaise with the client market and respond to enquiries introducing products services to dealers/retailers and attending to customers complaints.
- Followup on dealers within allocated geographical territories and ensure that our shops reflecting Jotun identity and distribution strategy by coordinating and monitoring closely with dealers & shop salesmen to ensure JOTUN products are used and to achieve sales budget.
- Ensure profitability of the company by selling high value products and increasing the retail network to create a good base in the Retail market.
- To play central role in developing and conducting Jotun Way programme which aiming to upgrade the competence of salesmen along with training for painters in the territory
- Any bachelors degree.
- 1 3 years of relevant experience in Retail Sales & Business Development.
- Fluency in Arabic & English both verbally and written.
- Identifies and seizes commercial opportunities; has a strong positive impact on business growth and profitability.
- Makes an impact; convinces and persuades others; promotes plans and ideas successfully
- Builds a useful network of contacts and relationships and utilizes it to achieve objectives
